Essential oils are derived from flowers, plants and trees to produce therapeutic oils. Essential oils can be used in a number of ways, inhalation; absorption through the skin in a cream or carrier oil or in a bath.
We use the highest quality pure essential oils in all our treatments and bespoke blends. As each essential oil has different properties, a variety of oils are carefully chosen to make a synergistic blend to suit the individual's needs. Essential oils should NEVER BE CONSUMED internally nor used neat on the skin unless directed by a fully qualified and registered aromatherapist.

Reiki - Reiki Master/Teacher

Auricular (Ear) Acupunture
Auricular acupuncture, also known ear acupuncture comes from principles of traditional Chinese medicine. Acupuncture points on the ear help regulate various functions and organs of the body. For the NADA protocol small needles are placed in 5 main acupunture points on each ear. This is a deeply relaxing treatment which may help with:
